1. Crontab:
$ sudo nano cronatb -e
Add the following lines
@reboot /usr/bin/java -jar /home/pi/Desktop/test.jar
2. rc.local
$sudo nano /etc/rc.local
3. _file_.desktop

4. init.d folder:
$cd /etc/init.d
$sudo nano app
app Contentes: https://goo.gl/GjDxiB
$sudo chmod +x app
$sudo rc-update.d app defaults
